  • FREE EMERGENCY SERVICE 24 hours a day, 365 days a year for warranted parts and labor. In addition, for any item not covered, we will perform the repair at 20% off our standard job rates.
  • ANNUAL 29-POINT FURNACE INSPECTION & TUNE-UP, which may reduce your oil consumption by up to 5%, in addition to improving equipment life. Your annual safety check will also be performed during your tune-up.
  • FREE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR - includes all heating system parts which fail during normal use, including the entire boiler or furnace!

Plan "D" Gas Air Conditioning Protection

Make sure your central air conditioner runs at its very best!

Priority service: Service agreement customers receive priority service over non-contract customers. There also is no trip charge during normal working hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday). For service after normal working hours there will be a $99.95 trip fee.

Our annual 11-point air conditioning inspection and tune-up:
  • COMPRESSOR -- Unit will be checked for condition and operation.
  • CONDENSER COIL -- Fins will be cleaned as required.
  • REFRIGERANT CHARGE -- Will be checked for proper pressure and temperature.
  • AIR FILTER -- When accessible, customer provided filter will be replaced/cleaned.
  • SERVICE VALVES --All exposed refrigerant lines will be checked for condition and leaks.
  • LUBRICATION -- Motors and bearings will be lubricated.
  • THERMOSTAT -- Will be checked and calibrated as required, when accessible.
  • CONTROLS & SAFETIES -- Will be inspected and tested.
  • CONDENSATE DRAIN -- Will be checked to ensure it is open.
  • UNIT DISCONNECT -- Will be inspected.
  • EVAPORATOR COIL -- Fins will be cleaned as required, where accessible.
Service parts and labor: All cooling service will be billed at 20% off our standard rates. All work is guaranteed for one year. Our standard day rates are the same as our after-hour rates - there is no additional charge for overtime.

Plan "H" Gas Furnace Protection

Make sure your gas heat equipment is running at its very best! This plan includes:

Priority service: Service agreement customers receive priority service over non-contract customers. There also is no trip charge during normal working hours (7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday). For service after normal working hours there will be a $99.95 trip fee.

Annual 30-point service inspection and tune-up: you can save money and burn less gas by having your heating system maintained by our experienced service technicians. We follow the highest standards to ensure that your system will operate at peak efficiency, safely and reliably.

Annual safety check: Your gas furnace's flame monitor will be checked annually.

Service parts and labor: All heating service will be billed at 20% off our standard rates. All work is guaranteed for one year. Our standard day rates are the same as our after-hour rates - there is no additional charge for overtime.

CERTIFIED TECHNICIANS
  • Our entire service department has received or is receiving the rigorous training necessary to obtain the national certification from the National Oilheat Research Alliance (NORA).
  • All of our service technicians have completed and passed the Refrigerant Transition and Recovery Program developed by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
  • Our service department team receives continuing education in their related specialties.
  • We have been serving our Tidewater customers since 1919.
  • We are licensed and bonded.
GUARANTEED CUSTOMER SERVICES
  • Normal operation hours are from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday.
  • Our trip/diagnostic charge during normal business hours is $49.95.
  • For after hours, our service/trip charge is $99.95.

  • Our trip/diagnostic charge delivers to your home a trained service technician who will accurately assess the problem and give you an up-front cost to repair.
    • You always know the cost before the work begins.
    • You always have the right to decline the repair.
  • Up-front pricing is based on standard costs and times developed from a database of service calls from hundreds of companies and millions of service calls.
    • Our focus is to do it right - NOT bill you by the hour. The cost of the repair comes right out of the book.
  • All service repair work is guaranteed for one year.
  • All installation work is guaranteed for five years.
